Qualifications / Education:

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. Completed apprenticeship for attorneys-at-law at The Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk in 2014.
 

Professional experience:

• Has provided advice on bankruptcy proceedings including consumer bankruptcy and incidental cases in the course of insolvency proceedings, has also given legal counsel in proceedings aimed at issuing a ban on the conduct of economic activity.
• Has participated in compensatory proceedings concerning a shipbuilding entity.
• Has provided advice and represented clients in criminal lawsuits regarding the responsibility of administrative organs and management executives of business parties as well as crimes against business transactions and against credibility of documents.
• Has provided legal assistance in proceedings before Administrative Courts and tax authorities in the process of tax inspections and fiscal procedures, as well as interim and execution proceedings, and in criminal tax lawsuits.
• Has provided legal counsel and represented clients in Labour Law litigations especially in the scope of assertion of employees claims.
• Has participated in negotiating, formulating and validating civil law contracts.
