Qualifications / Education:

Graduate of  the Faculty of Law and Administration at The University of Gdańsk, and European Studies at the Faculty of Management and Economics at University of Technology in Gdańsk.
Passed judicial exams in 2008, in the same year started his legal training and became a legal advisor. In 2009, he was included on the list of attorneys at law at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk, and since then has been a practising attorney-at-law.
Through participating in numerous conferences, training courses, and seminars, he constantly deepens his knowledge and improves his legal workshop. In 2015 he completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law and the Law of New Technologies at The University of Gdansk.  
 

Professional experience:

  • Has broad experience in providing  legal services to economic entities, in particular to the leaders of  energy, port, publishing and developer industry. Has been involved in the realization of  compensation proceedings.
  • Provides legal advisory services on creating and negotiating agreements and commercial contracts with special regard to IP / IT law.
  • Acting on behalf of energy companies,  has provided  legal assistance in negotiating the terms of  implementation and maintenance agreements in the scope of  IT systems, including  strategic billing, CRM, KSD, SOD, and BI systems.
  • Has successfully supported  and represented clients in labour disputes, including those relating to the aspects of  collective labour law.
  • Has been involved in numerous transformation projects, acquisitions and other transactions concerning the companies law.
  • Has participated in many legal audits and represented clients’ interests before common and administrative courts, public prosecutors’ offices and the administrative authorities.
