Qualifications / Education:

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk  (1992).
Passed the legal advisors’ exam in 1995.
 

Professional experience:

• Has participated in energy projects providing legal support for the correct application of the provisions of The Energy Act and accompanying laws. Has advised on the drafting, negotiations and implementations of agreements and provided legal support  for energy companies. Has also advised on renewable energy and conventional power generation. Has supervised and coordinated the implementation of legal due diligence audits for energy projects.
• Has participated in transformation processes of commercial companies.
• Has provided comprehensive legal services to one of the largest leasing companies in Poland.
• Supervises the process of legal services in corporate restructuring involving large capital groups.
•  Has provided legal and tax support to  clients in the scope of construction project implementation, including industrial buildings, residential estates and shopping malls.
• Has participated in the implementation of compensation proceedings.
• Supervises the process of legal services for NGOs.
