• she has lead various projects within the area of corporate law
• advised on M&A transactions and participated at due diligence analyses of different companies
• advises on creation and reorganisation of capital structures for business
• provides complex advisory on labour law to companies with several thousand employees and represents employer before labour courts
• advises  business entities on personal data protection, including in respect of their international connections within capital groups
• provides advise on civil law contracts, particularly in the scope of post and carriage services.

Apart from Polish, she is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
She works at our law office since 2009.
