Qualifications /Education:

Graduate of The Faculty of Law at The Catholic University of Lublin in 1998. In 1999, completed post-graduate studies at the L. Koźmiński School of Business and Management completing the course Managing People in a Company. Also completed legal training at the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk, and passed the judicial exam in 2003; Sworn in as a legal advisor in December 2005.
 

Professional experience:

  • Has  participated in the transformation process of commercial companies, provided formal and legal support for real estate sales transactions, coordinated and supervised complex divestments of enterprises and their organised parts, has assisted investment processes, and created the concept for a realisation of investment in a large capital group.
  • Has appeared on behalf of businesses and individuals in civil proceedings, also before courts of foreign jurisdiction.
  • Has a comprehensive knowledge of issues relating to intellectual property rights, has represented one of the parties in a dispute over a well-known Polish brand.
  • Provides advisory services to an entity focused on creating and implementing innovative solutions in the field of energy in cooperation with Polish academics.
  • Works with energy companies. Has participated in negotiation regarding the terms of a contract  for the connection of conventional and renewable energy sources to gas and electricity transmission and distribution networks, and has provided legal support in the acquisition and development of wind farms in the province of Pomerania and Western Pomerania.
