Qualifications / Education:

Graduate of  Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. Completed
post-graduate studies at the Gdańsk University of Technology: Tax Consultancy and Taxes.
Legal advisor since June 2013.
 

Professional experience:

• Provides legal advisory services on the ongoing operating activity of business entities.
• Has prepared and verified corporate documents.
• Has participated in preparing and verifying IT agreements, with special regard to intellectual property law.
• Has provided legal assistance in the processes of transformation of commercial law companies including divestments of whole businesses or their organized parts.
• Has supported business executives in employee relations issues, participated in collective bargaining with trade unions (including the development of individual and collective employee documentation: labour regulations, remuneration regulations, corporate collective labour agreements).
• Has provided legal advice on conducting collective layoffs and collective labour disputes.
• Has represented business entities in many litigations and mediation proceedings, in particular in the field of labour law.
• Has gained expertise in  personal data protection law and competition law.
